Brittany received her massage therapy training in Kona, Hawaii in 2011. She has advanced Lomi Lomi training from a legacy of practitioners in Hawaii. Brittany provided massage for the Ironman World Championship in Kona for three years and had the privilege of working with triathletes from dozens of different countries. Once she arrived in Portland in 2014, she participated in more extensive training in therapeutic deep tissue and prenatal massage at East West College.
Most recently, Brittany has been actively training in Ashiatsu. Her massage borrows the deeply soothing and rhythmic approach of Lomi Lomi and applies it to deep tissue and trigger point work in order to create a highly effective massage that remains comfortable and relaxing. She enjoys tailoring each session to her client and prides herself on being a dynamic, creative therapist.
When she isn’t massaging, she’s either working on her master’s degree in counseling at PSU, in a dance class, or planning her next trip to Italy.
